There are many times in all of our lives when we don’t know where we can find the strength to continue. We see things in our life in need of change. It seems like the ability to make those changes is more than we have. We feel alone and the burden of life has becomes too heavy.
Hal-mard energy is the light that shines through that darkness. It illumines the joy and happiness that awaits us in the next step. Hal-mard clears our vision and allows us to see the positive potential that each moment holds. When this Essential energy is blended into our life, it makes lemonade out of what we thought was bitter fruit.
Hal-mard is the lighthouse on the shore that allows us to clearly see dangerous choices, even in the midst of our turmoil. It allows us to recognize the boulders and guides us in clear channels of opportunities. When we become too focused on whether this person thinks we are smart, or that person thinks we are cute, Hal-mard shows us how this misspent energy depletes us for things that truly matter.
Hal-mard reminds us that we are all equal when stripped of the coverings of race and gender. It reminds us that there is only one race; The human race. It also helps us to recognize how all of creation is available to enhance our choices toward positive change. It brings an awareness of the importance of each of these aspects. It lets us recognize how all choices are intertwined.
If you are hungry and stop in your local market, you anticipate that everything you need will be there to sustain you. You don’t consider all of the choices necessary to provide you with what you desire.
What if farmers had felt it was too much work to plant the crops to feed you and the livestock? What if no one was willing to work at a low wage as a laborer to cultivate the harvest and load the trucks? What if the drivers weren't in the mood to deal with traffic? What if the store owner forgot to pay the rent and the doors were locked? These are just a few of the choices that must be made in order for you to walk into the market, make your purchase, and be fed.
Hal-mard shows us the power of our choices and how each one affects the whole. It guides us to those choices and inspires us to continually choose in ways that will most greatly increase our life and thereby the lives of those around us.

Hal-mard Body System
Central Nervous System: The Central Nervous System consists primarily of the brain, thalamus, hypothalamus, pineal gland, and spinal cord. The brain consists of four major lobes.
1) The frontal which is concerned with intellectual functions including reasoning, and abstract thinking, aggression, sexual behavior, smell, speech, and voluntary movement.
2) The parietal lobe which is concerned with body sensory awareness, taste, language, abstract reasoning, and body imaging.
3) The temporal lobe which is concerned with the formation of emotions, interpretation of language, hearing, and a major memory processing area.
4) The occipital lobe which receives, interprets, and discriminates visual stimulation.
The thalamus integrates sensory experiences and input resulting in appropriate motor and emotional responses. The pineal gland produces melatonin which is key to regulating our body cycles relating to night and day. The hypothalamus is concerned with emotional behavior. The spinal cord is the brain’s channel for communication with the rest of the body and the path for the body-mind connection.
Hal-mard Precept
The inability to believe or trust in your ability or alignment with the mind of God comes from a feeling of separateness. Feeling that you are not worthy of being a part of God.
We seek union with groups of people in an attempt to remind us that we are part of a bigger whole. We are not sure what it is we are looking for. Many times as we join clubs, churches or groups, we understand the need for associating with others as filling that void of belonging. Possibly in this act we are seeking a remembrance of the union of spirit that we all have through the mind of God.
The alignment with that is the manner in which we may pursue reunion. We lose sight of: “For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body - Jews or Greeks, slaves or free - and all were made to drink of one Spirit” (I Corinthians 12:13). Separateness is not an act of the mind of God for through Light we are united, “Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it” (I Corinthians 12:27). So then separateness is an act of our minds and affects all life.
Communion with Spirit is an absolute necessity as we enter into this age. Jesus illustrated with the communion he shared with the disciples. You have communion in remembrance of the union you have with the mind of God. You continue this communion so that you might not fear for the words that you would speak but allow yourself to receive the words through the Spirit. For we seek reunion with the love that we left within the heart of God and can only achieve it through realigning with the mind of God. Remember your body, remember your blood, remember your life, your true life which exists within the heart and mind of God. It is a gathering of love and light which is within all of creation.
When we were all one energy, united in the purpose of creation as illustrated in Genesis, we knew in that moment that we contained all things. In order to give life to an earth and all things upon it we must be a part of that which is born. DNA testing quickly proves relationship on a physical level, but the miracle of a beating heart and the breath of life lends credence to a relationship on another.
Even when we can, through our hearts, recognize all creation as one energy, we have not yet learned to recognize all things within ourselves or ourselves in all things.
If we believe that God created the heavens and the earth and all things thereon, then it must be that all creation, including ourselves, is born of God. If we are born of God, at some moment we as well as all creation, must have been a part of God. If so, then it must follow that we are a part of God.
In order to become individualized portions we then must have separated from God. Before that separation, when we were a unified energy of God, we then too knew all things. We knew that we would. www.hal-lai.com
